Wednesday (20/01/10), I went to watch this movie with Aaron. I would consider this to be our “1st” date. Prior to this I went down to suspense the divorce proceeding.
Thank to Pauline (our church counselor), she has opened new windows to my perspective, thus I decided to give our marriage one last shot.
I guessed the letter I wrote to Aaron help in some way, as our dating went smoothly and more natural too. Of course there are still many issues we have to settle but at least when we go dating we look more like a couple. Best of all I can see Aaron putting in effort to improve our relationship such as initiating buying of gifts to my parents for the upcoming Chinese New Year and driving me and the girls to school and work.
I pray that with counseling with our pastor will improve our communication and eventually solve the root cause of our problem.
Back to the movie, after we settle the divorce issue, we went to Orchard for meal and movie. For once during our marriage, I felt re-new passion in our relationship, same kind of feeling I get when we date initially…..
As for the movie, I can only summarize as very teenage style. I guessed their targeted audience was meant to be youth.
The show was about a college boy becoming half vampire to save his best friend. His friend believed that he “stole” his dream of becoming a vampire and wanted to revenge.
His friend did eventually become a vampire but it’s with the help from the wrong side and their misunderstanding became deeper….
The ending was incomplete and it seems to have a continuation. But like my friends said it’s not the movie but the person whom I’m watching with….. I guessed that’s true. Even though the movie wasn’t that nice but I still enjoyed myself……
