2nd Mentioning

Today 10am was the 2nd mentioning for the PPO, which he took against me. I would say it's a total waste of time. Why can't he decide during the 1st mention? On the 17th Sept 08, the judge did ask him if he wants to engage a lawyer, he said perhaps. That why it was adjourned to 24th Sept which is today.
So I waited for 1 hour, talked for less than 10 minutes, and even then it was nothing about the case. The judge just asked if he has a lawyer. He replied no, then asked if he intends to engage a lawyer. Now then he said no.
So the judge adjourned to 8th Oct 08 10am to exchange supporting documents (Police report/medical report), then there will be another date for the hearing where he or me will get our witnesses. I know he has witnesses already, cos he said so.
I could only say he's really childish. I firmly believe he's doing it on purpose to get back at me, cos I want to divorce him. We have been not been in contact for some time. Even he get the PPO, what does it prove. He's so agreesive, I wouldn't want to risk my life. I just want to get away from him, do you think I will find him. I must have nothing better to do.
When will divorce be over???????
