Senseless Decision

Saturday (27/09/08), I went down to family court with my mum to apply for PPO against my husband, it's looked retaliating, but abit at my wit end.
As usual practise, we have to see the counsellor, and she identified my problems with Aaron. My concern is now there's no structure to out life, and he's creating problems, so why not applied for interim Child Custody.
I wish I could but lawyer said it's won't be easy, and I need a concrete ground for Custody. That why they urged me to apply PPO for the children. I hated wasting all the time doing all these senseless thing, but what to do when the other party enjoys doing so.
I could only say I've to play along with it.
