Sudden return...

Last night, Aaron and his father came to our flat, but they never stepped in. They were outside indecisive, and discussing.

I was actually in the room putting the girls to bed. I saw toys around, and kept it to the living room. While I was in the living room, I heard some soft noise. Initially, I thought it was my neighbour's relatives again. But feeling tells me that it was Aaron. I was hesitant but harmless to peep since I latched my door every night so he can't come in as he pleased.

True, it was Aaron. They seem to be discussing, and I can't really hear what they says. I ignored and left for my rooms. But I don't feel safe. I'm worried they will ask me to open the door for them. I wanted to aviod direct confrontation.
It's always he and his parents. I was thinking what they want again. Are they here to hurl insult or are they here to give me another round of preaching. I really don't know their purpose.
I just kept looking out the window to ensure that they left before I feel safe.
After 10 minutes, I saw their car. His father came out, followed by his mother then all went back to the car, and left. It was a relieved. But I know eventually they will come and "talk" to me. I've to be prepared for the unavoidable.
