Early celebration - Naomi's B'day

Yesterday was a relatively enjoyable day for Naomi, as we were celebrating her birthday prematurely. Actual day should be 27/03/09.

In the morning, I was expecting my in-laws to fetch us to church as usual. Instead it was Aaron and my mother-in-law.

Quite unlike him to wake up so early for the 1st service. Anyway, we just went along, can't be arguing over who send us, apparently for Dinah - she minds (headache).

We went about our usual routine (sending the girls to their Sunday's school before heading to the adult service). After the service, we went for our lunch, still the usual distance kept between him and me.

Everything went normally, but Natasha seems to attach to Aaron, and insisted him carrying and following him. So they all went to B2 to fetch the car while me and Dinah waited at B1.

On our way home, he stopped by the petrol kiosk to top up car petrol. When he's backed, he bought the girls snacks, and they were overjoyed (Dinah so fast to change her opinion, and praised Aaron to be kind =.=). He too got me a box of ice-cream, which I don't know is it true, cos that's what his mum told me.......

But one thing can tell, he's in a good mood. So yesterday the pastor's message is true in certain way regarding about wife's attitude to husband, it's surely can affect their moods.

We went home, and rest for dinnertime celebration at United Square (Swensen). I went about doing all my housework since Cora was off.

In the evening, Aaron came and fetched us again. We went to United Square where the girls were so excited, and Natasha as usual clung to Aaron. Me and Naomi were the last to enter Swensen, and when I were there, I were left with a seat next to Aaron.

Obviously, I had no choice but to sit there, but there was a transparent barrier between us. We did not talk, so my mother-in-law tried to be matchmaker, asked Naomi to sit between us and took numerous photos of us 3. My mother-in-law trying to bring us closer, but not very successfully, cos we still did not talk.

After dinner, Aaron wanted to buy the kids toys, and they all excitedly dashed to Toy 'R' Us, each grabbing 1 - 2 toys.

Grabbing hold of their new toys, they enthusiastically demanded to go home, and we ended our evening celebrating Naomi's birthday.

I could tell that Aaron was happy about the occassion, cos he talked to his father joyously, and treated the girls very well. If only he could be like this earlier on, perhaps our marriage won't be so sour............
