Saturday (20/06/09), I had an early father’s day celebration with my family. It was supposed to celebrate for my brother’s birthday as well but he couldn’t make it. He had to stay in-camp till quite late.
We went to The Asian Kitchen (City Link) for dinner, and for desserts we had at Marvelous Cream. It was rush for me as I had lesson till 6.30pm but fortunately it was at Dhoby Ghaut.
Since it will be rushed for me to go home before meeting them, thus I asked my parents to help accompanied Cora and the girls to City Hall MRT.
Fortunately, my mum beforehand already asked my father not to order beers, as the beers can be quite costly in the restaurant so not worth it.
We did not stay long after meals and desserts as my mum’s hurt her ankle while on her way to meet me. I accompanied them to the bus-stop and we went to Marina Square for a little walk (Dinah constant pestering to find Winx Club DVD).
We headed home after a futile search of Dinah’s DVD, but we did a little window shopping………
I was tired when we reached home, after a whole day of rushing to different places but it was worthwhile. The girls were happy going out and we did celebrate father’s day after all……….
